The foreign policy, "interactionism counter hegemonic system" in 2010as a discourse and strategy roadmap in Iran's foreign policy, was emphasized by the Supreme Leader.Given the above discussion of the elements and characteristics, looks Theory "Constructivism", with its characteristic emphasis on the role of values and norms in the national interest and foreign policy, in the context of explanatory power is greater. This study seeks to answer the question of identity, values and norms, how can foreign policy interactionism Tbbyn counter hegemonic system.Constructivism In other words, what mechanism is able to analyze the strategy of the Islamic Republic's foreign policy. Accordingly, this paper is organized around the assumption that the values, norms and Islamic identity of the Islamic Republic's most important determining factor in the anti-hegemonic foreign policy is oriented interaction.

The characteristics of Islam and its different aspects have always been inspiring and enlightening for the Muslims and even non-Muslims in all areas and times. At the current juncture when the Muslim world is trying to determine its own destiny, it certainly needs an Islamic pattern and pillar in the near future for its foreign exchanges so that it may be capable of playing a role in the global order. The victory of the Islamic Revolution under the leadership of the late Imam Khomeini and more than 35 years of the Islamic Republic's foreign policy behavior and its participation in the global order on the basis of Imam Khomeini's thoughts can present an appropriate sample and pattern for evaluating the capabilities, capacities and the success of Islamic approach. The purpose of the present research is to address the question that how the ontology of Imam Khomeini's thoughts can be reflected in the international relations and its components and what kind of differences or similarities it has with the theories of international relations. To answer this question, descriptive, analytical, comparative and library documentation methods were used. The hypothesis of the research is that the approach of Imam Khomeini in the area of international relations is, ontologically speaking, God-centered, foundation-oriented, human-based and justice-oriented. At the current juncture when the Muslim world is trying to determine its own destiny, it certainly needs an Islamic pattern and pillar in the near future for its foreign exchanges so that it may be capable of playing a role in the global order. In This study, the economic aspects of psychological operations' axis, based on words of the supreme leader of Islamic republic of Iran Ayatollah seyyed Ali Khamenei are detected. For that aim authors had used his speeches and messages in different places. The main axes of abroad psychological operations are divided into two categories: internal and external axis. The internal axis includes (economic corruption, faulty decision making and performance management) and external axis includes (lies, rumors and sanction). These factors have a negative influence on economic outcomes (inflation and instability of the product, impairment in safety of the community mental spirit, creating differences in society, inspiration that system administrators are incapable of managing economics' affaires). The purpose of enemies psychological operations is to induce or reinforce behavior favorable to U.S. objectives. They are an important part of the range of diplomatic, informational, military, and economic activities available to the U.S. They can be utilized during both peacetime and conflict. There are three main types: strategic, operational, and tactical .In this paper definitions of internal and external axis of psychological operation are presented by review the literature review and library studies and then by using field studies and surveys of businessman in Hamadan (major grocer distributors and gold sellers), we detected impacts of psychological operation axis on Iran's economy. The results show that the internal and external axis of psychological operations against have impacts on economical negative consequences, also internal axis of psychological operations are more effective than external axis. For this research binomial test as one of nonparametric statistical tests. In order to deal with abroad psychological operations, it is necessary to be more aware about this axis and also in system of Islamic Republic deal with any excuse in this case from abroad that they want to create a negative economic environment is important.

Social marketing approach is the use of commercial marketing techniques to increase the acceptability of a belief or behavior among targeted audience. Based on social marketing school of thought, marketing concepts can be used to promote favorable beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. The aim of this study is to determine the role of social marketing in the institutionalization of components of the Iran National soft power. In the first step of study, components of Iran National soft power were identified. In the second step, through library study and interviews with experts, strategies for Institutionalization of components of Iran national soft power based on social marketing approach were presented. Components of Iran national soft power include the truth believing, justice orientation, anti-oppression, cultures of perseverance, supporting national sovereignty, national Solidarity, patriotism, social capital, Iranian - Islamic lifestyle and cultural-ethnic conformity. To institutionalization of the components of soft power, Social marketing can be used to modify and change society's attitude towards these components. According to opinions of the experts, to institutionalize component of soft power, we should by using integrated management of social marketing tools, explain importance and necessity of soft power, so that, society's attitude towards these components internalized. Results of this research show that six Components of Iran national soft power include the truth believing, justice orientation, anti-oppression, cultures of perseverance, supporting national sovereignty and patriotism are very important issues for the majority of the population. But Components of Iran national soft power include national Solidarity, social capital and Iranian - Islamic lifestyle and cultural-ethnic conformity are not very important issues for the majority of the population. Experts suggest that myth-building strategy can be used to institutionalize truth believing, justice orientation, anti-oppression, cultures of perseverance, supporting national sovereignty and patriotism; and linking strategy can be used to institutionalize national Solidarity, social capital and Iranian - Islamic lifestyle and cultural-ethnic conformity.

In the face of modernity have great similarities in developing countries with geographical differences, racial and language. Development, modernization, democracy, popular sovereignty, nation-state building, especially in the face of oppression and colonization of the common areas of many developing countries in the past century. Iran and Egypt are two important countries in the region are the cultural and historical background. Persians and Egyptians in addition to pioneering joint role in the development of Islamic culture and civilization in history, even in the face of the West and Western civilization are also a lot of similarities. CIA coup against doctor Mohammed Mossadegh (1953) and the fall of Mohamed Morsi, in February )2011), has a lot of similarities. The subject of this paper is to compare the causes of the rise and fall of Mohamed Morsi Mohammad Mossadegh. The paper shows that Mohammed Mossadegh and Mohamed Morsi in the face of tyranny and colonialism are similar. They have the same internal and external problems and finally found a common destiny Foreign powers, especially America with both the state government had similar encounters. Both were eventually overthrown by a coup. So it seems that the time had little effect on long-term strategy in the Middle East America. On the other hand, even the internal hostilities against revolutions and popular movements are similar
