Ali Abd al-Raziq al-Masri and Imam Khomeini are among the most important religious scholars who have dealt with religion and politics as the most fundamental subject of political thought in Islam and have reached two different conclusions. The purpose of this article is to examine the political thought of these two Muslim thinkers about the possibility and impossibility of an Islamic government.Methodology: This research has been done comparatively with documentary and library tools and after collecting data, the text analysis method has been used.Findings: The findings of the article show that Ali Abd al-Raziq and Imam Khomeini (RA) as two influential religious scholars in the Islamic world about the possibility and refusal of religious rule have entered into this issue from two different bases. Imam Khomeini (ra) with a comprehensive and monotheistic ontological view and inspired by the principles of Shiite Imamate emphasizes the need for Islamic rule, while Abdul Raziq, influenced by the school of secularism, achieves the separation of religion and politics.Conclusion: It can be said that Abd al-Raziq al-Masri, from the position of an Islamic scholar, tries to provide reasons for his claims from religious sources in order to be acceptable to Islamic societies. But in fact, his view is extra-religious and from the position of secularism}, keywords = {Government,Ali Abdul Raziq,Imam Khomeini}, title_fa = {امکان و امتناع حکومت دینی در اندیشه‌ی امام خمینی(ره)و علی عبدالرازق مصری}, abstract_fa = {هدف: در تاریخ معاصر، چگونگی ارتباط دین و سیاست بین اندیشمندان اسلامی، مورد بحث بوده است. علی عبدالرازق مصری و امام خمینی(ره) از مهم‌ترین عالمان دینی هستند که به نسبت دین و سیاست به‌عنوان بنیادی‌ترین موضوع اندیشه سیاسی در اسلام پرداخته و به دو نتیجه متفاوت رسیده‌اند. هدف این مقاله این است که با بررسی اندیشه سیاسی این دو اندیشمند مسلمان؛ علت تفاوت دیدگاه آن ها را نسبت به امکان و امتناع حکومت اسلامی ارزیابی کند. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش به‌صورت مقایسه‌ای و با ابزار اسنادی و کتابخانه‏ ای انجام ‌شده و پس از جمع‌آوری داده ‏ها، از روش تحلیل متن استفاده‌ شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که علی عبدالرازق و امام خمینی(ره) به‌عنوان دو عالم دینی مؤثر در جهان اسلام درباره امکان و امتناع حکومت دینی از دو مبانی متفاوت به این موضوع وارد شده‌اند. امام(ره) با نگاهی جامع و هستی شناسانه توحیدی و با الهام‌گیری از مبانی امامت شیعی به لزوم حکومت اسلامی تأکید دارد؛ در حالی‌که عبدالرازق متأثر از مکتب سکولاریسم به جدایی دین و سیاست می‌رسد. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان گفت عبدالرازق مصری از جایگاه یک عالم اسلامی، تلاش دارد از منابع دینی برای مدعیات خود دلایلی فراهم کند تا برای جوامع اسلامی قابل ‌پذیرش باشد؛ اما در واقع نگاه ایشان برون دینی و از منظر سکولاریسم است.}, keywords_fa = {حکومت,علی عبدالرازق,امام خمینی (ره)}, url = {https://rjir.basu.ac.ir/article_4305.html}, eprint = {https://rjir.basu.ac.ir/article_4305_1d25986e6686f6ad374cc6569f9ca611.pdf} }
