In this regard, the present study, using descriptive and analytical methods, seeks to answer the question of how the relations between Russia and Iran in the 80s and 90s can be explained? To answer this question, the James Rosena continuity model has been used. In other words, the purpose of this study is to explain the causes of fluctuations in Iran-Russia relations based on the variables of the level of micro and macro analysis of the James Rosena continuity model. Findings show that Iran-Russia relations have experienced different conditions in these two periods, while in the first period their relations were relatively stagnant and static, in the second period these relations have become more dynamic and active, and macro-level variables such as common interests in Syria and Iraq, confronting US hegemony in the Middle East, sanctions, and gaining a balance of power with the United States have been major drivers of change in bilateral relations. The results of this study also show that the more active the variable of the international system, the more inclined Russia and the Islamic Republic of Iran are to cooperate with each other.}, keywords = {Iran,Russia,Foreign Relations,James Rosenau Theory}, title_fa = {بررسی روابط خارجی ایران و روسیه پس از انقلاب اسلامی (مقایسه‌ی دهه‌های ۸۰ و ۹۰شمسی) بر اساس الگوی پیوستگی جیمز روزنا}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی روابط ایران و روسیه در دوره پس از انقلاب اسلامی، مطالعه موردی دو دهه‌ی 1380 و 1390 شمسی است. روابط ایران و روسیه در دو دهه مذکور دارای نوسانات زیادی بوده است به‌گونه‌ای که پس از یک دوره عدم پویایی و رکود در فاصله سال‌های ۱۳۸۴ تا ۱۳۹۲ روابط دو کشور، در سال‌های ۱۳۹۲ تا ۱۳۹۸، همگرایی زیادی در برخی ابعاد سیاست بین‌الملل نشان داده‌اند. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با به‌کارگیری روش توصیفی و تحلیلی درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال است که روابط روسیه و ایران دهه‌های ۸۰ و ۹۰ شمسی چگونه قابل توضیح است؟ برای پاسخ به این سؤال از الگوی پیوستگی جیمز روزنا استفاده شده است. به عبارت دیگر، هدف این پژوهش توضیح علل نوسانات روابط ایران و روسیه بر اساس متغیرهای سطح تحلیل خرد و کلان الگوی پیوستگی جیمز روزنا است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند روابط ایران و روسیه در این دو دوره شرایط متفاوتی را تجربه کرده است و در حالی‌که در دوره اول روابط آنها نسبتاً راکد و ساکن بوده است، در دوره دوم این روابط پویاتر و فعال‌تر شده است و متغیرهای سطح کلان مانند منافع مشترک در سوریه و عراق، مقابله با هژمونی ایالات‌متحده در خاورمیانه، تحریم‌ها و حصول به توازن قدرت در مقابل آمریکا عامل عمده تغییر در مناسبات دوجانبه‌ی این دو کشور بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پـژوهش همچنین نشـان می‌دهند هرگاه متغیر نظام بین‌الملل فعال‌تر شـود، روسـیه و جمهوری اسلامی ایران گرایش بیشتری به همکاری با یکدیگر نشان می‌دهند.}, keywords_fa = {ایران,روسیه,روابط خارجی,الگوی پیوستگی جیمز روزنا}, url = {https://rjir.basu.ac.ir/article_4307.html}, eprint = {https://rjir.basu.ac.ir/article_4307_ff97df63efe3214cc9af73e65ed4fb72.pdf} }
