ارائه الگوی گزینش و جذب نیروی انسانی در سازمان بسیج براساس رهنمودهای رهبران انقلاب اسلامی
هدف: ارائه الگوی پارادایمی برای تبیین راهبردهای گزینش و جذب نیرو در سازمان بسیج بر مبنای سه مؤلفه دکترین، سیاست و هدف مستخرجه از مکاتب فکری ذو فلسفی حضرت امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظلهالعالی) بر مبنای انطباق نظریات و منویات امامین با گفتمان ولایت فقیه.
روششناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق به روش تحلیل محتوا و بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد گفتمان ولایت فقیه در الگوهای تأمین نیروی انسانی در سازمان بسیج را در محیط نرمافزار MAXQDA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده و با استخراج مفاهیم و مقولهها تبیین و الگوی راهبردی بر مبنای سه سطح اهداف، دکترین و سیاستها ارائه مینماید.
یافتهها: راهبرد تأمین و جذب نیروی انسانی کارآمد بر مبنای؛ تعریف الگوهای جذب بر مبنای تحولات سیاسی و امنیتی در کشور و منطقه، لزوم جذب نیرو از تمام اقشار در سازمان بسیج، جذب نیروهای متخصص در تمام حوزههای علمی، عدم اِعمال محدودیتهای قومی، جغرافیایی، مذهبی در فرایند تأمین نیرو در بسیج، لزوم ملاحظه عوامل تخریبگر در فرایند جذب نیروی بسیجی، تعریف ملاحظات رفتاری، اخلاقی، انضباطی، اعتقادی، انقلابی در تأمین نیروی انسانی از بین بسیجیان در سایر نیروهای مسلح است.
نتیجهگیری: الگوی استخراج شده از تجزیه و تحلیل مدل پارادایمی مؤیّد آن است که؛ شاخصهای تعریف شده از یک بسیجی بر مبنای گفتمان ولایت فقیه در تبیین راهبردهای کلان تأمین نیروی انسانی سازمان بسیج، برآیندی از ویژگیهای شخصیتی، اعتقادی، علمی، سازمانی، نظامی، فرهنگی، انقلابی شخص بسیجی است.

تبیین الگوی توسعه سیاسی درایران با تاکید بر شاخصهای الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت
هدف: موضوع توسعه سیاسی مبتنی بر الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی- ایرانی و تأثیر آن در افزایش کارآمدی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران از اساسیترین دغدغهها و برنامههای پیشرفت در دوره دوم انقلاب اسلامی است. بر این اساس هدف این مقاله تبیین الگوی توسعه سیاسی با تأکید بر شاخصهای الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت میباشد.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق در این مقاله پیمایشی توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نمونه آماری آن، 307 نفر از صاحبنظران و خبرگان الگوی اسلامی ایرانی است. برای سنجش اعتبار و روایی ابعاد و مؤلفهها از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده و نتایج سنجش آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه برابر با 92 درصد قابلیت اطمینان به دست آمده است.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داده است که الگوی توسعهسیاسی مبتنی بر پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی دارای 10 مؤلفه اصلی است که برخی از آنها عبارتند از: اقتدار درونی، آرمانها و ارزشهای اسلامی، داشتن چشمانداز اداری و سازمانی.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق مؤلفههای اقتداردرونی، آرمانها و ارزشهای اسلامی، چشمانداز اداری- سازمانی، ابتناء برعدالت و معنویت و ابعاد فردی بهعنوان مؤلفههای تبیین کننده الگوی سیاسی پیشرفت، بیش از سایر مؤلفهها مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و بیشترین تأثیر را در الگوی توسعه سیاسی دارند.

تبارشناسی تهدیدات داعش در جهان اسلام؛ از رهگذر نقد مکاتب غیر بومی و کاربست نظریه نظام سلطه آیتالله سیدعلی خامنهای
هدف: روایتهای مکاتب امنیتی غیربومی از تبار تهدیدات داعش در جهان اسلام، ناکارامد و در جهت منافع راهبردی حاکم بر مطالعات امنیتی غربی است. در حالیکه شناخت دقیق الگوی رفتاری داعش بر اساس یک نظریه بومی، زنجیره منافع جریان قدرت در نظام بینالملل با مکاتب علمی محافظه کار را قطع میکند. لذا هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تبارشناسی تهدیدات داعش بهواسطه نقد مکاتب غیربومی امنیتی و کاربست نظریه سلطه آیتالله خامنهای در جهان اسلام است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش اصلی تحقیق حاضر؛ قیاسی و رویکرد آن انتقادی و تحلیلی است.
یافتهها: دستاوردهای این پژوهش در پاسخ به این سؤال مدون شدهاند: نظریه نظام سلطه چگونه تهدیدات داعش را تبارشناسی میکند؟ نویسنده معتقد است مکاتب امنیتی غربی به دلایل پیوند با اومانیسم، قدرت و ژئوپلیتیک خاصّ اندیشهورزی خود از این امر عاجز هستند. در مقابل، نظریه نظام سلطه با جهانبینی توحیدی، به دور از هرگونه ملاحظه خاصّ قدرت، علل، روش و اهداف داعش در جهان اسلام را به نظم میکشد.
نتیجهگیری: از این حیث، علت تهدیدهای داعش، اشتراک منافع (به حاشیه راندن الگوی مقاومت) با سردمداران نظام سلطه است. روش تهدیدات داعش منبعث از روش نظام سلطه برای سرکوب مخالفان، «ترور» است و هدف تهدیدهای داعش الگو گرفته از راهبرد نظام سلطه، مهار مقاومت اسلامی، کمک به بقای رژیم صهیونیستی و اسلام هراسی است. در نظریه نظام سلطه برخلاف مکاتب امنیتی بررسی شده، اصلیترین راهبرد مقابله با اهداف نظام سلطه، مبارزه با تروریسم و سردمداران ترور به منظور قطع زنجیره رابطه سلطهجو و سلطهپذیر است.

شاخص های نماینده تراز انقلاب اسلامی از دیدگاه امام خمینی (ره)
هدف: از نگاه بنیانگذار فقید جمهوری اسلامی، مجلس شورای اسلامی یکی از قوای اصلی کشور است که جایگاه و اهمیت بسیار والایی دارد و در رأس تمام نهادهای کشور است. این پژوهش به دنبال تدوین الگو و شاخص نمایندهی تراز انقلاب اسلامی براساس دیدگاه و آراء امام خمینی(ره) میباشد، موضوعی که علاوه بر اهمیت ذاتی آن، در شرایط کنونی نظام جمهوری اسلامی از اهمیت بالای برخوردار و راهگشا میباشد.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش بهکار گرفته شده در این تحقیق علاوه بر اسنادی و کتابخانهایی، تحلیل مضمون است که نوعی روش کیفی است.
یافتهها: ارائه طرحواره و مدلی از مضامین و شاخصههای نماینده تراز جمهوری اسلامی که خلاصهای از یافتههای پژوهش میباشد، مهمترین یافته و دستاورد این پژوهش است.
نتیجهگیری: از جمله نتایج تحقیق در معرفی شاخصهای اصلی نمایندگان تراز انقلاب اسلامی، در بُعد عملکردی تلاش برای استقلال کشور، برخورد قاطعانه با هرگونه خطا، رسیدگی به احوال محرومین و مستضعفین، در بُعد سیاسی امین و امانتداری، در بعد فکری، عدم انحراف و ایستادگی در برابر منحرفین و در بُعد اقتصادی، توجه به اقشار مستضعف، مبارزه با اشرافیگری و فساد و تأمین رفاه برای عموم جامعه است.

بررسی اشاعه اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) در تقویت اسلام اعتدالی در دو سازمان شیعی ابی و ایجابی در اندونزی
هدف: در طول چهار دهه گذشته اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) و آرمانهای انقلاب اسلامی، جهان اسلام را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و در برخی از کشورها منجر به شکلگیری جنبشهای اسلامی شده است، بیشتر پژوهشهای صورت گرفته به شناسایی جنبشها در حوزه آسیایغربی توجه کرده و حوزه آسیایشرقی و توصیفی و راهبرد محور بودن پژوهشها کمتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرارگرفته است. کشور اندونزی با جمعیتی 200 میلیون نفری از موقعیت ژئوپلتیک و ژئواستراتژیک برخوردار است و در آینده جهان نقش اساسی ایفا خواهد کرد. جنبشهای اسلامی بهخصوص شیعی تحت تأثیر انقلاب اسلامی و اندیشههای امام خمینی(ره) در این کشور احیاء شدند؛ دو سازمان شیعی ابی و ایجابی بهعنوان دو نماینده اصلی تفکر شیعی در این کشور فعال هستند.
روششناسی پژوهش: با توجه به عدم وجود منابع مکتوب و اسناد رسمی بهوسیله ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه از مسئولین این دو سازمان، متصدیان ایرانی و... به جمعآوری داده پرداخته شده است.
یافتهها: در چارچوب تحلیل سوات و با رویکردی کمی و کیفی به این سوال پاسخ دهد که راهبردهای (قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید) اشاعه اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) در تقویت اسلام اعتدالی در دو سازمان شیعی ابی و ایجابی در اندونزی چیست؟
نتیجهگیری: راهبرد شامل نقاط قوت، ضعف، چالشها و فرصت میشود. نقاط قوت شامل ویژگیهای رهبری امام خمینی، و...؛ ضعفها شامل عدم نیازسنجی مناسب برای تبیین و تفسیر آن در اندونزی؛ فرصتها: شامل واکنش مثبت اهل سنت نسبت به ایران و امام خمینی(ره)؛ تهدیدها: شامل گسترش موج شیعه هراسی توسط گروههای معاند، است.

تأثیر ساخت نهادیِ دولت در دوره پهلوی دوم بر شکلگیری انقلاب اسلامی ایران
هدف: در درون ساخت جامعه، نیروهای اجتماعی و سیاسی از یکطرف در رقابت با سایر گروههای موازی که ممکن است منافع متعارض داشته باشند، قرار دارند و از طرف دیگر برای کسب منابع قدرت و ثروت بیشتر، با دولت در منازعه هستند. اینکه نیروهای اجتماعی برای تحقق خواستههایشان در جریان منازعه از چه ابزارها و روشهایی استفاده کنند، تا اندازهی زیادی به ساخت نهادی (دموکراتیک و غیر دموکراتیک) در درون دولت بستگی دارد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر تأثیر ساخت نهادی دولت پهلوی دوم را بر جنبشی شدن سیاست و بهتبع آن شکلگیری انقلاب اسلامی ایران نشان میدهد و به توضیح این امر میپردازد که چگونه ساخت نهادی بسته و محدود دولت، نیروهای اجتماعی - سیاسی را به این نتیجه میرساند که مبارزات خود را برای کسب منافع، خارج از چهارچوب نهادی محدود و بهصورت غیرمسالمتآمیزی پیگیری نمایند.
روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از حیث نوع، بنیادی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی است و اطلاعات و دادهها بهصورت اسنادی - کتابخانهای جمعآوری شده است و سپس با استفاده از چهارچوب مفهومی و نظری «نهادمندی سیاسی ساموئل هانتینگتون» به تحلیل دادهها پرداخته شده است.
یافته ها: ساخت و ماهیت دولت پهلوی دوم؛ یعنی ویژگیهای اقتدارگرایی بوروکراتیک، وجه نئوپاتریمونیال و رانتیر آن، مانع از ایجاد و رشد ساخت مناسب نهادی کارآمد و دموکراتیک برای صورتبندی، مدیریت و کنترل منازعات اجتماعی و برآوردن خواستهها و انتظارات نیروها و گروهای اجتماعی شد.
نتیجه گیری: بسته بودن و محدودسازی ساخت نهادی در دولت پهلوی دوم، مهمترین عامل در تقویت خشونت سیاسی و جنبشهای سیاسی علیه رژیم مستقر و بسترسازی و زمینهسازی برای شکلگیری انقلاب اسلامی بوده است.

واکاوی تأثیر نظریه انتظار در کارکرد جریان های سیاسی در جامعه مطلوب اسلامی
هدف: رفتـار جـریان های سیاسی بهعنوان عامل هنجارسـازی و بی هنجـاری در جامعـه، همـواره مورد دغدغه اندیشمندان بوده است. محققان برای ایجاد کنشی مطلوب در جریان های سیاسی به نظرات مختلفی معتقد گشتـه اند؛ اما تشتت در نظریات، دلیلی بر ناکارآمدی آنها در همسـان سازی رفتـار جـریانهای سیاسـی با نظام اجتماعی میباشد. مسلماً برآیند فکری جریانهای سیاسی در رفتار آن ها متبلور میگردد. بدین سبب ساخت فکری جریان های سیاسی بر مناسبات همسو با جامعه سیاسی جهت بروز رفتار سیاسی مطلوب از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. اندیشه انتظار بهعنوان راهبردی در مطلوب سازی کنش جریانهای سیاسی، ظرفیت سازماندهی فکری جریانهای سیاسی را برای ایجاد یک جامعه مطلوب اسلامی دارد؛ بنابراین هدف تحقیق پیشرو، واکاوی تأثیر نظریه انتظار در کارکرد جریانهای سیاسی برای ایجاد یک جامعه مطلوب اسلامی است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این مقاله با بهرهمندی از روش کتابخانه ای و نگرشی توصیفی - تحلیلی به تأثیر نظریه انتظار در کارکرد جریانهای سیاسی در ایجاد جامعه مطلوب اسلامی میپردازد.
یافتهها: این پژوهش، با ابتنای بر چارچوب نظری برگرفته از نگرش سه لایهای حضرت امام به انسان (بینش، گرایش، کنش) به این مسئله دست یافت که فرهنگ انتظار میتواند در ابعاد بینشی (مبانی فکری)، گرایشی و ارزشی (اخلاق)، و کنشی (رفتار) جریانهای سیاسی را ساماندهی نماید.
نتیجه گیری: مقوله انتظار در بعد نرمافزاری (بینش و گرایش) به ارائه انسجام فکری، تعهد به مؤلفههای اخلاقی در عمل سیاسی، انگیزههای سیاسی مطلوب، امید اجتماعی و ایجاد روحیه صبر و استقامت و در بُعد سختافزاری (کنش) به کنترل اجتماعی، جامعهپذیری سیاسی، تعامل با نظام سیاسی، همبستگی اجتماعی، مشارکت سیاسی مطلوب و ثبات سیاسی در نظام اجتماعی میپردازد.

مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه از دیدگاه آیت الله مهدوی کنی(ره)
هدف: بحث پیرامون عناصر مؤثر در مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه، پس از انقلاب اسلامی بیش از پیش در جامعه علمی کشور مطرح شد. اندیشمندان بیشتر بر روی دیدگاه مرحوم امام خمینی(ره) در این زمینه پژوهش کردند و کمتر به تحقیق در باب دیدگاه سایر افراد صاحبنظر در این حوزه، همچون آیتالله مهدوی کنی، پرداختند. بنابراین هدف نویسندگان از انجام این پژوهش، یافتن پاسخ این سؤال است که عناصر مؤثر در مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه از منظر آیتالله مهدوی کنی، چیست؟
روششناسی پژوهش: در راستای پاسخ به سؤال نگاشته، از روش تحلیل محتوا و رجوع به منابع کتابخانهای استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق حاکی از آن است که آیت الله مهدوی کنی، مشروعیت حکومت فقیه عادل دارای تدبیر و بینش رهبری را در گرو دو عامل میدانستند؛ انتصاب الهی در مرحله ولایت بالقوه و نصرت مردمی در مرحله ولایت بالفعل.
نتیجهگیری: نظر آیتالله مهدوی کنی در باب مشروعیت حکومت ولایت فقیه، بهطور کامل ذیل هیچ یک از سه نظریه انتصابی محض، انتخابی محض و انتصابی - انتخابی (به معنای مرسوم آن) قرار نمیگیرد بلکه ایشان جایگاه مردم را در این مشروعیتبخشی، نه جایگاه انتخاب که نصرت میدانند.
