گسترهی ولایت فقیه در اندیشه سیاسی علامه محمد حسین نایینی(ره)
هدف: اصل ولایت فقیه، با توجه به اهمیت ویژهاش در پیشبرد اهداف اسلامی و معاضدتش نسبت به اسلامی شدن جامعه، بیش از همه؛ صحنهی بروز حساسیت و منازعات بوده است. نفس این موضوع، سبب شده تا فقها، در آثار گوناگون خود بهصورتهای متفاوت، در این موضوع به طرح بحث بپردازند. از جمله نظراتی که دربارهی ولایت فقیه عنوانشده و از سوی مخالفان و موافقان زیادی مورد بحث و فحص قرار گرفته، دیدگاه علامه نایینی(ره) است. این تحقیق بر آن است که به این سؤال پاسخ بدهد که حیطهی اختیارات ولی فقیه از نگاه ایشان تا چه میزان است و دیدگاه ایشان ترسیمکننده کدام سطح از اِعمال ولایت میباشد.
روششناسی پژوهش: مقالهی حاضر در صدد است با استفاده از روش هرمنوتیک قصدگرای اسکینر و با لحاظ کردن الزامات روشی آن، به تحقیق در نظرات علامه نایینی که بهصورت پراکنده در آثارشان موجود است، و نیز مبتنی بر زمینههای تاریخی زمانه علامه بپردازد.
یافتهها: هر چند تحقیق حاضر به علت اختلافات متعددی که در خوانش آراء ایشان شکل گرفته است، آنچنان فرضیه آزما نیست، اما با توجه به مطالعات پیشینی و زمینهی شناخت علمای شیعه، مدعای این پژوهش بر مطلقه بودن ولایت فقیه نزد آیتالله نایینی استوار است که در نهایت اثبات میگردد.
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش، ارائه یک جمعبندی مشخص و قابل داوری از منظر علامه نایینی در مورد حدود اختیارات ولایت فقیه است و با در نظر گرفتن متون برجای مانده از علامه نایینی و شناخت زمینههای تاریخی به ولایت مطلقه فقیه نزد علامه نایینی دست مییابد.

مراحل مواجهه با جریان نفاق در انقلاب اسلامی براساس مواضع سیاسی امام خمینی(ره)؛ (مطالعه موردی سازمان مجاهدین خلق از سال 1350 تا 1360)
هدف: جریان نفاق یکی از چالشهای جامعه اسلامی از صدر اسلام تا دوران انقلاب اسلامی است که سعی در ضربه زدن به جامعه از درون را دارد. سازمان مجاهدین خلق یکی از مهمترین جریانهای نفاق در جمهوری اسلامی است که با ظاهر خلق دوستی توانسته بود از بدنه اجتماعی مناسبی برخوردار شود و با تکیهبر آن در پی قبضه قدرت در کشور بود. مواجهه امام خمینی(ره) بهتدریج موجب آشکار شدن چهره واقعی سازمان و ریزش بدنه اجتماعی آن شد و زمینه برای طرد این سازمان از سوی مردم فراهم آمد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که «مراحل مواجهه با جریان نفاق در انقلاب اسلامی براساس مواضع سیاسی امام خمینی(ره) به خصوص سازمان مجاهدین خلق چیست»؟روششناسی پژوهش: جهت پاسخ به این سؤال، برای گردآوری دادهها از روش «کتابخانهای» و برای تحلیل از روش «تحلیل مضمون» استفاده شده است.یافتهها: مواجهه حضرت امام با جریان نفاق شامل چهار مرحله «عدم تأیید و انزجار قلبی»، «مواجهه نرم و اکتفا به تذکر» به جریان نفاق، «گذار از مواجهه نرم به مواجهه سخت» و «مواجهه سخت» با این جریان است.نتیجهگیری: مواضع امام خمینی(ره) در قبال منافقین همواره مبتنی بر میزان نفاقورزی آنها بود، لذا تا زمانیکه امنیت مردم از سوی منافقین مورد خدشه واقع نشده بود ایشان با نصیحت و تأکید بر وحدت فتنهها منافقین را خنثی میکردند اما با شورش و اخلال در امنیت از سوی مجاهدین خلق، امام خمینی(ره) نیز برخورد سخت با آنها را در پیش گرفتند.

مبانی مشروعیت حق حاکمیت مردم در اندیشه سیاسی امام خمینی(ره)
هدف: فهم «اندیشه سیاسی امامخمینی» بهعنوان بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران و به تبع آن، درک زیربنای فکری نظام سیاسی جدید در ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی، از اهمیت والایی برخوردار است. جمهوری اسلامی، بر اساس دو رکن اسلامیت و جمهوریت بنا گردیده است. نوع نقش و جایگاه مردم در تعیین معادلات قدرت، امری مهم و مؤثر بوده و از اینرو همیشه مورد منازعه اندیشمندان سیاسی بوده است. پرسش اصلی در این نوشتار این است که مبنای مشروعیت نظام سیاسی از دیدگاه امام چه بوده است.
روششناسی پژوهش: نوع پژوهش ما در این نوشتار، بنیادی و بر اساس روش پژوهش تحلیلی است.
یافتهها: برخی معتقدند که امامخمینی(ره)، نقش مردم در حاکمیت را مهم و ضروری اما بعد از تضمین اسلامیت آن، دانسته و برای مردم صرفاً نقشی در حد ایجاد مقبولیت و فعلیت قائل بوده است. برخی دیگر با توجه به برجسته کردن نظرات ایشان در خصوص تعیینکننده بودن رأی مردم، اراده مردم را موجب مشروعیت بخشی نظام سیاسی میدانند. در این میان برخی نیز معتقدند که امامخمینی(ره) مشروعیت حکومت را دارای دو رکن الهی- مردمی میداند که و بدون یکی و با وجود دیگری مشروعیت نظام سیاسی ناقص میماند و بهطور کامل محقق نمیشود.
نتیجهگیری: بررسی و مقایسه توصیفی نظرات مختلف و صریح امامخمینی(ره) گویای این سخن است که امامخمینی(ره) ضمن پذیرش «ولایت عامه فقها» قائل به مشروعیت دوگانه الهی- مردمی حکومت است.

پهلوی دوم در کردستان (جایگاه کردستان در برنامههای پنجگانه عمرانی؛ اقدامات و نتایج)
هدف: این پژوهش فهم آثار و نتایج مدرنیزاسیون پهلوی دوم درمناطق دوردست و حاشیهایی نظیر کردستان است. چرا که شاه مدعی بود قصد دارد با اجرای برنامههای عمرانی-اقتصادی، تمام ایران را متحول سازد. این برنامهها با وجود برخورداری شاه از دلارهای نفتی و حمایتهای آمریکا اما نتوانست ایران را در ردیف کشورهای توسعه یافته قرار دهد. اهداف سیاسی- نظامی، دخالتهای مستقیم خود شاه و هیأت حاکمه، ترجیح توسعه صنعتی- تکنولوژی بر توسعه کشاورزی، بیتوجهی به مناطق محروم و شتاب در توسعه را میتوان از عواملی دانست که برنامههای عمرانی را از اثربخشی مطلوب دورساخت.
روششناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش تلاش شده است با روش تاریخی- تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهایی به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که کردستان بهعنوان یکی از استانهای محروم و پیرامونی که ظرفیتهای طبیعی زیادی برای توسعه دارد چه جایگاهی در برنامههای عمرانی پهلوی دوم داشت؟ و اجرای این برنامهها چه نتایجی در کردستان به بار آورد؟
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشانگر آنست؛ سرشت تمرکزگرا، مشورت ناپذیر، فردمحور و رانتیر دولت پهلوی فرصت توسعه و آبادانی را از استان های قومی- پیرامونی مثل کردستان سلب نمود.
نتیجهگیری: در نتیجه، مدرنیزاسیون پهلوی در کردستان عواقب منفی و ضدتوسعهایی نظیر گسترش حاشیه نشینی در شهرها، تعمیق فاصله طبقاتی، تشدید ناسیونالیسم قومی و حکمرانی امنیتی را رقم زد.

گفتمان هژمونیک انقلاب اسلامی و خرده گفتمان های درونی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دوران رهبری امام خمینی (ره)
هدف: هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی ظرفیتها و قابلیتهای مؤثر در استمرار گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی ایران بهعنوان یک گفتمان فراگیر است.
روششناسی پژوهش: این مقاله با پیروی از روش کیفی و جمعآوری دادهها از منابع کتابخانهای و اسناد نوشتاری و بهرهگیری از تحلیل گفتمانی به این سؤال پاسخ میدهد که گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی چگونه از رهگذر تعامل با خرده گفتمانهای درونی خود توانسته به حیات خود ادامه دهد؟
یافتهها: جمهوری اسلامی از بدو تأسیس و در طی دوران زعامت بنیانگذار کبیر انقلاب در دههی اول موسوم به دورهی تثبیت، شاهد رقابت خرده گفتمانهای دموکراتیک اسلام سیاسی و آرمانگرایی اسلامی انقلابی بود که هر یک توانستند در مقاطعی با تثبیت مفاهیم و باورهای اصلی خود با معنابخشی و مشروعسازی دالهای شناور، گفتمان خود را استیلا و برتری بخشند. گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی با قوام بخشی و غنیسازی مفهومی واژگان و دالهای تهی و شناور در سیاست مدرن ذیل سازهی «مردم سالاری دینی» خرده گفتمانهایی متعدد، متنوع و فعال را در زیر چتر خود باز تولید کرده و میدان گستردهای را برای تعامل و تقابل آنها خلق نموده است.
نتیجهگیری: گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی، صرف نظر از این منازعات درون گفتمانی در برخی مقاطع زمانی، به دلیل فراگیری و تعمیق دقایق گفتمانیاش در ذهنیت تودههای عظیم مردمی و وفاداری گفتمانهای درونی آن به دال مرکزی گفتمان (اسلام)، در دسترس بودن و عاملیت سوژه سیاسی (نقش و جایگاه برتر امام) دچار توقف و انسداد نشد و توانست ضمن تداوم حیات، بستری برای بازتولید خرده گفتمانهایی رقیب در دهههای آتی فراهم آورد.

بازنماییِ ژئوپلیتیکِ انتقادی و ایماژسازیِ ایالاتمتحده آمریکا از جمهوریِ اسلامیِ ایران، مطالعة موردی: تسخیرِ سفارتِ آمریکا
هدف: رخدادِ تسخیرِ سفارت ایالاتمتحده آمریکا بهمثابهی یک بزنگاه تاریخی؛ برای حدود چهار دهه روابط خارجی ایران را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. هدف از این پژوهش آشکارسازی و توجه به تصویرسازی ژئوپلیتیک بهعنوان یکی از ابزارهای آمریکا برای همراه کردن جامعه جهانی بر علیه جمهوری اسلامیایران است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش بهکارگرفتهشده در این پژوهش روش گفتمانِ انتقادیِ لاکلا و موفه است که با استفاده از مفهوم «ضدیت» بهعنوان یک ابزار تحلیلی میکوشد چگونگی تلاش یک گفتمان برای شکل دادن صورتبندی هژمونتیک و بررسی وقتههای آن را مورد بررسی قرار دهد.
یافتهها: ایماژسازی آمریکا از جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از تسخیر سفارت، طی فرایند تعامل پیچیدهی ژئوپلیتیک کاربردی، رسمی و عمومی و رسانهای شکل گرفت. ژئوپلیتیک کاربردی از طریق سیاستگذاری دولتمردان در چارچـوب دکترینها و سخنرانیهای مقامات رسمـی، دیپلماسـی عمومـی و همچنین دیپلماسـی رسانهای صورت گرفت. ژئوپلیتیک رسمی و عمومی از تعامل میان نظریهپردازان دانشگاهی، مؤسسات استراتژیک و اتاقهای فکر به تلقینِ برتریِ ارزشهای آمریکایی نزد افکار عمومی جهانی پرداختند. ژئوپلیتیک رسانهای با بهرهگیری از شیوههای مختلف پروپاگاندا در قالب فیلمهای سینمائی به تصویرسازی منفی و دشمنمحوارانه از جمهوری اسلامی مبادرت ورزیدند.
نتیجهگیری: ایالاتمتحده آمریکا با بهرهگیری از روش تصویرسازی ژئوپلیتیک و بازنمایی ایماژِ «دشمن خیالی» از ایران نزد افکار عمومی جهان بستر نفوذ و اعمال سلطه نامحسوس را فراهم مینماید. آمریکا با استفاده از سه بُعد ژئوپلیتیک رسمی، کاربرد و رسانهای در وجوه نظامی، اقتصادی و سیاسی کوشیده است تا ایماژی دیگرگونه و خصمانه از جمهوری اسلامی ایران نزد افکار عمومی جهانی ایجاد کند.

مطالعه تطبیقی سیاستگذاری و توسعه قبل و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی در حوزه زنان
هدف: بررسی تحولات در حوزه سیاستگذاری درموضوع زنان از جمله شاخصه های است که برای تحلیل علمی از انقلاب باید به آن توجه شود. معطوف به این اهمیت، مقاله با هدف بررسی تطبیقی حوزه سیاستگذاری و تاثیر آن برتوسعه در این حوزه انجام پذیرفته است.
روششناسی پژوهش: این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیل تطبیقی در حوزه زنان در قبل (عصر پهلوی) و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی ساماندهی شده است.
یافتهها: در پاسخ به این سوال است که انقلاب اسلامی تا چه میزان در سیاستگذاری، توسعه و پیشرفت حوزه زنان تأثیرگذار بوده است؟ یافتههای تحقیق نشانگر تحولات قابل توجهی در سیاستگذاری و پیشرفت در ابعاد مختلف (ساختاری، نهادی، تقنینی و اجرایی) در بُعد از انقلاب است.
نتیجهگیری: تغییرات زیربنایی در سیاستگذاری موجب رشد، پیشرفت توسعه وضعیت زنان در ابعاد سیاسی-اجتماعی، فرهنگی و علمی بر اساس شاخصهای بینالمللی و بومی گردیده است اما؛ با توجه به ظرفیتهای معنوی، مادی و انسانی نظام اسلامی تا دستیابی به نقطه مطلوب، تلاش مسئولان و همدلی و همراهی مردم ضروری است؛ تا در حرکت از وضعیت موجود به طرف وضعیت مقدور و مطلوب میسر گردد.

جایگاه مردم سالاری دینی در مؤلفه های قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران
هدف: کشورها به منظور اثبات حقانیت و صلاحیت حاکمیتی خود و نیز تأیید تصمیمات و اقدامات حکومتی خویش به عرصهای نو از قدرت وارد شدهاند که بهعنوان قدرت نرم تعریف میشود. با این توصیف، نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران از یک تکیهگاه اصولی بهنام مردم سالاری دینی در عرصه قدرت نرم بهمثابه بدیل و رقیبی برای لیبرال دموکراسی غرب بهرهمند است. این پدیدهی نوظهور میتواند در شرایطی که منطقه در دورهگذار و به دنبال آن واگذاری حق تعیین سرنوشت بهدست خود مردم است، بهعنوان الگویی کارآمد برای کشورها واقع شود. براین اساس هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین نقش مؤلفه مردم سالاری دینی در تقویت قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شرایط جدید نظام بینالملل است.
روششناسی پژوهش: دادههای این پژوهش، از طریق روش کتابخانهای و با رویکرد بررسی دگرگونی در مؤلفههای جدید قدرت بر مبنای چارچوب نظری «قدرت نرم» جمعآوری شده است. از نظر تجزیه و تحلیل، این پژوهش در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی قرار دارد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش، حاکی از روند سیال در بازتعریف منابع کسب، حفظ و تقویت قدرت کشورها در عرصه کنونی است که در این میان جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تکیه بر مردم سالاری دینی بهمثابه یک الگوی نوین فرهنگی- سیاسی میتواند موقعیت خود را در عرصه بینالملل تثبیت سازد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصله نشاندهنده نقش بازتولید و پویاسازی ساختار سیاسی کشور مبتنی بر مردم سالاری دینی در تقویت قدرت و مشروعیت سیاسی در داخل و خارج و نیز مصونیت و موفقیت نظام در مواجهه با سناریوهای احتمالی آینده در جنگ نرم تحمیلی از سوی غرب است.
