In tow period of current history Iran, have two political thoughts on Islam base is important, that is effective on evolutions after own. They are Legitimate Constitutional that created by Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri in Constitutional Revolution and Jurisconsult Leader (Velayat Faghih) that created by Imam Khomeini in before Islamic Revolution. this essay goal is comparison between this tow political thoughts, and its research method of essay is comparative analysis. In conclusion, Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri in own political thought (Legitimate Constitutional) wants to keep the King and Monarchy and implement the Islamic law, and Imam Khomeini in own political thought (Jurisconsult Leader) wants Fall the Monarchy and implement the Islamic law with establish Islamic Government. Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri’s political thought can’t keep the Monarchy whit tyranny, but Imam Khomeini’s political thought can establish Islamic System. مقایسه میان اندیشه‌هایی که باعث ایجاد تحولات اجتماعی- سیاسی در یک جامعه می‌شوند، دارای اهمیت بسیاری است. در دو برهه از تاریخ معاصر ایران، دو اندیشه مهم وجود دارد که بر تحولات پس از خود تاثیر به‌سزایی بر جای گذاشته‌اند. این دو اندیشه عبارتند از مشروطه مشروعه و ولایت فقیه که اولی را در دوره شکل‌گیری مشروطه، شیخ فضل‌الله نوری و دومی را در دوره پهلوی دوم، امام خمینی (ره)، پایه‌گذاری کرده‌اند. بر این اساس، این مقاله در پی مقایسه میان بخشهایی از دو اندیشه سیاسی نامبرده است. بنابراین، روش پژوهش آن، تحلیل مقایسه‌ای است و با توجه به این پرسش اصلی که در مقایسه میان اندیشه سیاسی شیخ فضل‌الله نوری و امام خمینی(ره) چه شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌هایی را می‌توان یافت، به بررسی آرای آنها درباره حکومت حکومت در زمینه‌های مبانی فقهی، حدود اختیارات، نقش روحانیت، مشروعیت و مصلحت، و قانون و قانونگذاری پرداخته است. مقاله در نتیجه کلی در مقایسه میان اندیشه سیاسی دو فقیه در عصر انقلاب مشروطه و عصر انقلاب اسلامی، به شباهت، بهره‌گیری از اسلام در چگونگی شکل حکومت اما با برداشت‌های متفاوت یعنی بقای سلطنت و اجرای احکام اسلام برای شیخ فضل‌الله نوری، و تاسیس حکومت اسلامی و اجرای احکام اسلام، توجه به مشروعیت مردمی و مصلحت برای امام خمینی(ره) رسیده است. https://rjir.basu.ac.ir/article_1962_95f6870ff3dcd442254e334a9033d349.pdf
