The main objective of this paper is to examine the components of political behavior of Imam Khomeini in attracting people in the process of the Islamic Revolution. The research method is qualitative and of a kind of documentary analysis.This research also examines the components of Imam Khomeini's political behavior through the Internet search. Therefore, Alfred Adler's of point view on the components of political behavior of Imam- Khomeini have been raised and then we tried to cite some examples of Imam Khomeini's behavior. the components s' Adler political of behavior ie mode interaction, self- creativity, lifestyle, futuristic, have adapted to the character of Imam Khomeini .Imam was inherently for attractive the ulama and the elites, and emphasized on the link between the university .and howzaIn the dimension of lifestyle, he always beleived insimple life pleof life leas a most impotant princi. The main idea of this paper is to analysis this interaction. Capturing the first place in South West Asia region in term of science and technology development is part of Iran visionary document. Achieving to this target requires understanding the international system norms and principles and applying pivotal strategy in confronting to this system . The foundation of Islamic Republic of Iran foreign policy has been base on revolutionary idealism and pragmatistic approach. Regarding to this point Iran simultaneously is persuading to enjoy from the opportunities inside the global networked society to achieve better place in term of economic, science and technology from one side and challenging the injustice global capital system based on the revolutionary values from the other side. Undoubtedly the Islamic Revolution of Iran has been one of the important factors of the civilization of Islam in the last century. In this research, we asked whether the opinion of the experts in this field, university professors, in a random manner about "the relationship between public diplomacy and the issuance of the Islamic revolution", has been largely theoretical and sometimes descriptive.Therefore, the main issue of this research is the survey of the relationship between public diplomacy and the issuance of the Islamic Revolution. Initially, the responses to questionnaire questions were analyzed. The SPSS program was used to accomplish two major activities. The first, the findings of the study were described in detail and comprehensively. This action was also due to the exploration of the foundations and intends to identify the explanation of the relationship between the issuance of the Islamic Revolution and the goals of the Islamic Revolution with the strategy of public diplomacy in the Islamic world. Therefore, the items of the questionnaire, which each indicate this relationship, and it has been examined carefully.The results show that more than 90% agree that issuing the Islamic Revolution will be successful when the revolutionary system succeeds in a variety of fields, providing a successful model for other societies.The required explanations are required if needed. In the second part, we analyzed the background variables of the research to provide further analysis of this relation. The findings of the research show that a large percentage of respondents agree to teach and transfer the values of the Islamic Revolution to the elites of Islamic countries, and these goals can be achieved through scholarly exchanges between academic and university students, for the influence of the elites of the Islamic world. Finding indicates that the term ‘Velayat” located in center of discussion of the Velayati political Islam and the circle of some signifiers surround it. Revolutions have reasons for their occurrences. For this purpose, the present article uses an analytical-descriptive method and library studies to look at the causes of a revolution from the perspective of the Quran and will answer the following question: What are the fourfold causes of a transcendental revolution from the viewpoint of the Holy Quran? The main hypothesis is that the reasons for the occurrence of revolutions in the Holy Quran have the following four main causes: causal, formal, material, and ultimate. The findings point to the fact that revolutions refer to the laws governing the society from the point of view of material causes and social transformation depends on the internal transformation of the people, and for this reason, monotheism and faith in Allah lead to non-compliance with tyranny. Inevitably, the Qurans teachings have the logic of confronting and fighting illegitimate regimes. From the perspective of the formal causes, the levels and steges of a Quranic revolution are based on three levels: internal revolution (the Major Jihad ), the epistemic revolution (the Great Jihad) and Jihadi Revolution (the Minor jihad ) , and based on the Quranic principle of “enjoining good and forbidding evil” ; the Islamic Ummah should pave the way for a social revolution against corruption, openly advance demands against tyranny and take actions to eradicate the corrupt system. From the perspective of the causes of the Quranic Revolution, the actions of religious leaders and the Islamic Ummah can lead to the growth and excellence of the community and to be in direct line. . Regarding the ultimate cause, it must be admitted that pure life (Hayat Tayyebah) will be the fate of the Supreme and Quranic Revolution.
