The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of Iranian sports federations, 651 people (based on statistics from the Ministry of Sports and Youth). The sample size was estimated at 248 people using the Cochran formula, and finally 239 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of "Administrative Corruption" by Zare (2016) and "Jihadist Management" by Hamdollahzadeh (2014). In order to examine the conceptual model and test the hypotheses, the structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used using SPSS and SmartPLS software.The research findings from structural equation modeling showed that jihadi management has a negative and significant effect on administrative corruption in sports federations (β = -0.832). Considering the value of the t-statistic (25.492) which exceeds the critical value of 1.96, the research hypothesis is confirmed at a confidence level of 95%. Also, the evaluation of the quality of the overall fit model GOF was obtained as (0.593), which, considering the threshold limit (0.36), indicates a favorable fit and high explanatory power of the model. Examination of other fit indices also indicates a suitable and desirable fit of the research conceptual model with the collected data.The present study showed that jihadi management, by redefining values such as self-confidence, excellence in work culture, moral responsibility, and spirit of service, is a powerful tool for combating the phenomenon of administrative corruption
