Factors of Revolutionary Management in the organization, from the viewpoint of the supreme leader (Ayatollah Khamenei)

Abstract

Islamic revolution of Iran was set up with a change in the value system of society. Supreme leader's thoughts and intentions, with novel approaches and explanation of revolutionary- Islamic values, have refreshed this path and has been able to challenge the world domination system with the new Islamic discourse and provide solutions to resolve the world crisis and the problems of the contemporary world so as to take into account the needs and necessities of society, with the spiritual, religious, and revolutionary spirit. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to elicit the values of revolutionary management from his point of view and to contribute to the fulfillment of transcendental aspirations on the path to the realization of modern Islamic civilization. This research is qualitative in terms of strategy. Considering the fact that we seek to discover the priorities and conditions of the causative reasons of revolutionary management from the viewpoint of the supreme leader, the purpose of this research is exploratory. Thematic analysis has also been used. Initially, principles values of Islamic management were elicited from the viewpoints of the supreme leader and finally there organizing themes of individual values, organizational values and social values were numerated. In light of this important point and in a guardianship ambience, paying attention to the aspirations can lead to the creation of bright horizons, and a society will be created in which the Islamic culture will be institutionalized and divine succor and guidance will be bestowed on it.
