Abstract

National production is one of the needs of any society for the survival and continuity of human life and will have more political independence and national dignity as the political systems in the field of strategic and strategic products achieve self-sufficiency. This issue, while the Pahlavi regime did not have much value for national production and domestic product support, always emphasized oil revenues and open door policy, importing goods on the agenda, thereby reducing the flow of national production In Iran. From this perspective, the present paper attempts to answer this question using library studies and a questionnaire method; what are the damage to the national production during the Pahlavi regime and what has affected the Iranian economy? SPSS software is used to analyze the data. The assumption is that the Pahlavi regime has had more emphasis on importing economic products than domestic production, and oil revenues have had a huge impact on this issue. However, factors such as customs clearance, government interference in economic affairs, dependence of the economy on foreign goods, imports of crops, dependent industries, lack of support from domestic producers and poor economic structures have led to the destruction of production during the Pahlavi era Is.
