Abstract

In the new national and international discourse of national security, the military is not just a threat to the national security of another country, but we are seeing the development of modern security software in addition to its traditional form. In the emerging approach to national security, a positive and multifaceted approach was formed. Security scholars in the Copenhagen school for the first time introduced a new concept of security based on five dimensions, including the economic dimension. That is why American politicians and statesmen do not necessarily seek military warfare in order to undermine the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, avoiding war and confrontation with Iran, and their primary focus on non-threatening aspects, Especially its economic dimension. Therefore, it is imperative for a resilient economic policy to promote national security. Resistance economy policy is an approach to tackle economic sanctions and a strategy for times when a country's exports and imports are restricted. In this article, based on the opinions of the active elites in the field of resistive economics, we prioritize the economic indicators under sanctions. Mix (quantitative and qualitative) method was used to complete the results. The results showed that refining existing laws and introducing new regulations, media measures to transform the problem of resistive economics into national discourse, reforming financial procedures and regulations, implementing operational budgeting, and reforming the administrative system were the most important indicators of achieving a resilient economy. Enhancing the national security of the country.
