Presenting a paradigmatic pattern for explaining choice and recruitment strategies in the Basij organization based on the three components of doctrine, policy, and purpose derived from the intellectual and philosophical schools of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader of the Imamate Fiqh province
research method
This research analyzes content based on the theory of the jurisprudence discourse based on the theory of human resource provision in the Basij organization in the MAXQDA software environment and extracts concepts and categories and defines a strategic model based on three levels of objectives. And provides policies.
findings
Effective recruitment and recruitment strategy based on definition of recruitment patterns based on political and security developments in the country and the region, recruitment of all strata in the Basij organization, recruitment of specialized personnel in all fields of science, non-application of ethnic restrictions, ethnic restrictions, In the process of mobilizing the forces, it is necessary to consider the destructive factors in the process of mobilizing the forces, defining behavioral, ethical, disciplinary, religious, revolutionary considerations in mobilizing the forces and adapting the spirit of the discourse to the organizational discourse. The supply of manpower in other armed forces is specified .
