Abstract

purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify, extract and classify the underlying factors as well as the challenges and obstacles to the creation of a new Islamic civilization in the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution.
Question: The main issue of this research is that Ayatollah Khamenei What does know the factors underlying the creation of the new Islamic civilization in the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution? and what themes and issues were considered in this statement as challenges and obstacles to the Creation of the new Islamic civilization?
Methodology: This research is descriptive-analytical in nature. The method of research is qualitative and has been done with the theme analysis technique.
Findings and results: The results of this study show that Ayatollah Khamenei in the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution thirteen themes of youth, scientific jihad, resistance economy, using the desired natural and human capacities of the country, jihadi management, revolutionary spirit, struggle With corruption, the spread of justice, strengthening morality and spirituality in society, hope and optimism for the future, using past experiences, dignity and expediency in foreign policy and countering the promotion of Western lifestyle pave the way for the second step of the Islamic Revolution and They are creation a new Islamic civilization. on the other hand, he considers the four themes of neglecting the slogans and ideals of the revolution, intellectual and cultural aggression, economic challenges and the danger of corruption as obstacles to the creation of a new Islamic civilization.
