Explaining the New Year’s (2022) statements of the Supreme Leader and offering a theoretical model in the realization of knowledge-based economy using the qualitative data-based research method.

Abstract
Purpose: The issue of production and employment is one of the most important issues emphasized by the Supreme Leader in recent years in drawing the strategic slogan of the year. In this regard, "production; "Knowledge-based, job-creating" was the strategic slogan that was raised by him on the occasion of the beginning of 1401. Meanwhile, knowledge-based economy plays a central role in his statements. Therefore, this article intends to explain the Supreme Leader's statements about the slogan of the year and draw his theoretical model about the knowledge-based economy. The main question of this research is what theoretical model can be extracted from the Supreme Leader's New Year statements about the knowledge-based economy.
Methodology: To answer this question, qualitative data-based research method was used.
Findings: In total, 20 main categories were extracted from the Supreme Leader's statements about the knowledge-based economy, which were explained in the form of a theoretical model consisting of effective causes, contextual and disincentive variables, and consequences in the realization of the knowledge-based economy.
Conclusion: The results indicated that the people's role-playing and the support of the three forces, are among the most important factors in realizing the knowledge-based economy, and creating employment, increasing productivity, increasing production, economic justice and security. Increasing production, economic justice and economic security are also among the most important results and consequences of realizing the knowledge-based economy in the theoretical model extracted from the statements of the Supreme Leader.
