Analytical review of Measures leading to the companionship of hearts (Ta'lif Qulub) in the high-level documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

Goal:
The principle of " the companionship of hearts (Ta'lif Qulub)" as a noble Quranic teaching and one of the duties of the Islamic government has been taken into consideration in the high-level documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which requires an analytical review of these laws. Also, based on the country's recent changes in the domestic arena (the riots of 1401) and international changes (especially the unequal war in Gaza), the need to pay attention to this principle is more evident in order to prevent similar events. Based on this, the question is what laws the Islamic Republic has set in the high-level documents and what measures it has thought out in order to provide an analytical review and critique in addition to complete and strengthen it.
Methodology:
The research method is content analysis of a qualitative type, that after finding general rules in the field of the companionship of hearts, analysis and criticism is done.
Findings:
The companionship of hearts is sometimes done by giving economic aid and sometimes with appropriate cultural or political measures in internal and external relations towards individuals and populations or nations that deserve companionship, and by applying things such as peace, understanding, adherence to treaties, support for liberation movements or the development of the tourism industry, etc.
Conclusion:
These above cases are allegorical and they are not exclusive, and also express the high capacity of preventing many internal and external disorders and strengthen the principle of creativity for statesmen that they can use other concepts in this regard.
