Abstract

Abstract

Objective: The present study examines the role of the element of “affection” in the individual-collective excellence system from the perspective of Martyr Soleimani and explains how this element has played a productive and constructive role at the individual, organizational, and social levels.

Methodology: This study was conducted using qualitative content analysis and traced the elements of affection in the individual, organizational, and social dimensions.

Findings: affection, as a key element, plays a role at four levels: (1) motivating and stimulating individual growth; (2) deep friendships as spiritual enhancers and enthusiasts of perfection; (3) mutual affection in collective management; and (4) principled and comprehensive affection as a social unifier.

Conclusion: The element of "affection" in the intellectual and practical system of Martyr Soleimani is the generator of a system of excellence in the individual, organizational and social spheres, and by linking faith and spiritual growth, it creates a model of a compassionate and efficient human being and society. This element is the axis of convergence and affection-based management and has the capacity to transform threats into opportunities. In the macro-horizon, the application of love as a principle is a path to a faithful and progressive society, and the research emphasizes the institutionalization of this model in educational and cultural systems and governance structures.
