Soft power has became an important concept - and also theory – in our recent decade. But it dosent mean that we Should – or even Could – use of it in all countries؛because Soft Power is a contextual concept. For thise reasone we need to analysis it in our discourse.From thise point of view authers analysis I.R.Irans Soft Power by referring to Martyeds Will (38 Wills) in Imam Sadig University.For answering the main question (What are the main sources of of I.R.Irans Soft Power) authers use an analytical method (context analysis).Results show that the first source of I.R.Irans Soft Power is Islamic Culture.After that is Political and at the end Economy.A strang point that economy is mensioned as an secondary factor and thise showes that for Martyeds culture is so powerful than economy.Thise idea has been emphasized by all Martyeds of Imam Sadig University.
