Abstract

In the face of modernity have great similarities in developing countries with geographical differences, racial and language. Development, modernization, democracy, popular sovereignty, nation-state building, especially in the face of oppression and colonization of the common areas of many developing countries in the past century. Iran and Egypt are two important countries in the region are the cultural and historical background. Persians and Egyptians in addition to pioneering joint role in the development of Islamic culture and civilization in history, even in the face of the West and Western civilization are also a lot of similarities.
