The model of crisis management in the thought and practice of Ayatollah Khamenei
Abstract.
Purpose: Iran has faced many crises in the post-Islamic revolution era. The purpose of this research is to investigate and understand the model of crisis management in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei. In other words, this article seeks to answer the question, what was Ayatollah Khamenei's practical model in facing crises?
Research methodology: This article has analyzed the works and performance of Ayatollah Khamenei with the analytical-descriptive method and library and documentary tools to answer the above question. ?
Findings:
The findings of the article show that Ayatollah Khamenei has used a special model in facing various crises. It is a combination of the models proposed in the science of crisis management. And in terms of content, it is based on religious and divine values.
In addition to sharing with other crisis management models, this model also has religious and divine features.
Conclusion:
The difference in the fundamentals of the world of visions leads to the difference in behavior and performance.
Therefore, in the management model of the leadership of the revolution, scientific techniques and methods were used, which, while being efficient, did not conflict with Islamic principles, and on the other hand, had comprehensiveness and goal-setting based on Islamic laws.
Therefore, according to the type of crisis management in recent decades in the Islamic Republic of Iran, we arrive at a model that can be a combination of all models.
