عوامل موجد مدیریت انقلابی در سازمان از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی)

چکیده

هدف: پس از پیروزی شکوهمند انقلاب اسلامی ایران سبکی از مدیریت بنا نهاده شد که مبنای آن را نظام ارزشی اسلامی تشکیل می‌دهد و باعث شد تا روش‌های عملی مدیران بار ارزشی گرفته و درک ضروریات و نیازهای جامعه توأم با روح معنوی، دینی و شعور انقلابی موردنظر و عمل مدیران قرار گیرد. در همین راستا می‌توان مدیریت تراز انقلاب را براساس ارزش‌ها و دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری مدنظر قرار داد که برخاسته از فرهنگ انقلابی و حاکی از مدیریت بر مبنای ارزش‌های اسلامی است. اندیشه و منویات مقام‌معظم‌رهبری با رویکردهای بدیع و تبیین ارزش‌های اسلامی- انقلابی به این راه طراوت و پویایی خاصی بخشیده است هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موجد‌ مدیریت‌انقلابی از دیدگاه ‌ایشان و کمک به تحقق آرمان‌های متعالی کشور است.
روش‌: این پژوهش از نظر راهبرد، کیفی و با توجه به اینکه به دنبال کشف ارزش‌های مبنایی و پدیدآورنده‌ی مدیریت انقلابی از دیدگاه امام‌خامنه‌ای هستیم، هدف این پژوهش اکتشافی و از روش تحلیل‌مضمون استفاده شده است. بدین‌صورت که بیانات، فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص مفهوم مدیریت تراز انقلاب، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: در ابتدا ارزش‌های مبنایی مدیریت‌انقلابی از بیانات معظم‌له به روش نمونه‌گیری‌نظری استخراج و با توجه به مطالعه عمیق نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان و بازبینی مضامین، 231 شناسه باز، 27 مضمون پایه و 3 مضمون سازمان دهنده ارزش‌های فردی، ارزش‌های سازمانی و ارزش‌های اجتماعی به عنوان عوامل موجد در این مفهوم احصا شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: آنچه که می‌تواند مدیریت در سازمان‌های نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را از سازمان‌های غربی جدا کند، رویکرد مبتنی بر ارزش به خصوص ارزش‌های انقلابی است که به‌عنوان عوامل موجد مدیریت انقلابی در نظر گرفته شده است. مدیریت انقلابی در منظومه فکری رهبر معظم انقلاب در حکم الگوی مطلوب مدیریتی برای نظام اسلامی است؛ به نظر می‌رسد مدیریت اسلامی بر مبنای ارزش‌های الهی اسلام، زمینه‌های تعالی و شکوفایی انسان، نگاه ارزش بنیان براساس آموزه‌های دینی، اسلامی و در نهایت انقلابی فراهم خواهد آورد.
