اهمیت مبانی فرهنگی در طراحی الگوی ایرانی- اسلامی پیشرفت

چکیده

هدف: پیشرفت و توسعه مفهوم چندگانه و پیچیده‌ای است‌که عوامل متعدد و متنوعی در سطوح گوناگون بر تحقق و گسترش آن تأثیرگذار است. از میان این عوامل، عامل فرهنگی را می‌بایست به‌عنوان متغیر نسبتاً مغفول و پنهان و البته تعیین‌کننده قلمداد کرد که به‌مثابه موتور محرکه اصلی در پیشبرد توسعه و پیشرفت عمل می‌کند. هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ بر گفتمان‌های پیشرفت و توسعه و نوعی الگوگیری برای ایران است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی- توصیفی و با ابزار اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای تهیه شده است. یافته‌ها: در پی یافتن پاسخ پرسش اصلی مقاله پیش رو است‌ که چه مؤلفه‌هایی در بطن فرهنگ و اجتماع ژاپن وجود دارد که زمینه پیشرفت اقتصادی جهشی و شتابان این کشور را فراهم آورده است؟ پاسخ به این پرسش می‌تواند حاوی دلالت‌هایی فرهنگی- مذهبی برای الگوی ایرانی- اسلامی پیشرفت باشد؟ فرضیه اصلی این نوشتار آن است‌که عامل اولیه اصلی در پیشرفت صنعتی و رشد شتابان اقتصادی در ژاپن در سده گذشته حاصل تأثیرپذیری از روایت‌های مذهبی و فرهنگی آنها از مقولات مرتبط با پیشرفت و توسعه است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ازاین‌رو با الهام از این واقعیت تاریخی، لازمه ایجاد و تثبیت گفتمان ترقی و توسعه در ایران فارغ از تغییرات سیاسی در سطح دولتی، شکل‌گیری نوعی تحول اساسی در رویکردهای فرهنگی - مذهبی ایرانیان نسبت به مفهوم پیشرفت خواهد بود.
