تبیین الگوی توسعه سیاسی درایران با تاکید بر شاخص‌های الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت

چکیده

هدف: موضوع توسعه سیاسی مبتنی بر الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی- ایرانی و تأثیر آن در افزایش کارآمدی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران از اساسی‌ترین دغدغه‌ها و برنامه‌های پیشرفت در دوره دوم انقلاب اسلامی است. بر این اساس هدف این مقاله تبیین الگوی توسعه سیاسی با تأکید بر شاخص‌های الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت می‌باشد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق در این مقاله پیمایشی توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نمونه آماری آن، 307 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان الگوی اسلامی ایرانی است. برای سنجش اعتبار و روایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده و نتایج سنجش آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه برابر با 92 درصد قابلیت اطمینان به دست آمده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داده است که الگوی توسعه‌سیاسی مبتنی بر پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی دارای 10 مؤلفه اصلی است که برخی از آنها عبارتند از: اقتدار درونی، آرمان‌ها و ارزش‌های اسلامی، داشتن چشم‌انداز اداری و سازمانی.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق مؤلفه‌های اقتداردرونی، آرمان‌ها و ارزش‌های اسلامی، چشم‌انداز اداری- سازمانی، ابتناء برعدالت و معنویت و ابعاد فردی به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های تبیین کننده الگوی سیاسی پیشرفت، بیش از سایر م‍ؤلفه‌ها مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و بیشترین تأثیر را در الگوی توسعه سیاسی دارند.
