بازخوانی نقش مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامی مطالعه موردی: سیره شهید سلیمانی

چکیده

هدف: در جریان انقلاب اسلامی ایران و رویدادهای پس از آن، فرهنگی با سبک مدیریتی‌ بسط یافت که از آن به‌عنوان «کار جهادی» تعبیر گردید. در این راستا نگارنده در صدد است، به تبیین مدیریت جهادی شهید سلیمانی به‌عنوان یک پارادایم مدیریتی برگرفته از اصول انقلاب اسلامی، بپردازد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش این پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تبیینی- تحلیلی است. شیوه گردآوردی اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی است و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، فیش‌برداری خواهد بود.
یافته‌ها: از حیث هستی شناسی، مدیریت ایشان در راستای پذیرش حاکمیت و مدیریت خداوند بر تمامی امور دنیا، جهادگرانه (جهاد با نفس و جهاد در عرصه‌های اجتماعی و راهبردی)، انقلابی (پایبندی به مبانی و اصول انقلاب) و ولایتمدارانه (اطاعت از ولی فقیه) است. از لحاظ معرفت‌شناسی، اولاً مدیریت جهادی شهید سلیمانی در پرتو انقلاب اسلامی قابل شناخت است و منابع شناخت آن تخصص محوری، فرهمندی، دشمن‌شناسی و شناخت بحران هستند. روش‌های مدیریت جهادی شهید سلیمانی نیز عملگرایی، بدیل‌گرایی و زمان‌شناسی، ارزیابی و بسیج منابع و ... هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت جهادی شهید سلیمانی از مکاتب مدیریتی تراز انقلاب اسلامی است؛ چرا که با هدف ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی، مبتنی بر تفکر توحیدی- معنوی، قابل شناخت و بر اساس روش‎های تخصصی و بومی است.
