جستاری در گفتمان توسعه‌نگر در اندیشه سیاسی امام خمینی؛ ماهیت، مؤلفه‌ها و الزامات

چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق ارائه پاسخی تحلیلی به این پرسش است که آیا از کنش اعلانی و اعلامی امام خمینی(ره) اندیشه توسعه‌گرا قابل استخراج است و اگر چنین است الزامات توسعه در اندیشه ایشان بر چه مؤلفه‌هایی استوار است؟
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: نگارنده برای بررسی مدعای تحقیق از روش تحلیل محتوای متن بهره گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته­های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که از نظرگاه امام خمینی(ره)، اولاً توسعه یک مفهوم به هم پیوسته است که عینیت یافتن آن در تلازم با دیگر جوانب توسعه بوده و ثانیاً تحقق هر نوع الگوی توسعه دین‌بنیاد در گرو توجه به 26 مؤلفه مرتبط با کارآمدی نظام سیاسی (7 مورد: تأمین اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، تحکیم حکومت قانون، برنامه‌ریزی، فقرزدایی، پیشرفت علمی و رشد اقتصادی)، مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با هم‌پیوندی توسعه مادی با توسعه معنوی (5 مورد: اجتهاد دائمی، محوریت عدالت و مصلحت عامه در الگوی توسعه، تعامل فقه و اخلاق و توجه به الگوهای تاریخی حکمرانی توحیدی) و مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با اجتماعی‌سازی گفتمان توسعه توحیدی (14 مورد: جامعیت اسلام، فلسفه بعثت انبیاء، اصلاح نفوس، تربیت اخلاقی جامعه، روحیه دگرخواهی، بسط روحیه اخوت دینی، بسط قلمروی دین به حوزه عمومی، اصلاح نگرش به عمران، اصلاح نگرش به زنان، آزادی‌های سیاسی، اصلاح نگرش در زمینه اسلام و غرب و اسلام و دموکراسی) خواهد بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: در اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) خوانش توسعه قابل حصول است و ایشان به‌عنوان یک متفکر اسلامی و نیز رهبر سیاسی به مقوله توسعه و الزامات آن توجه شایانی داشته است.
