تحلیل تماتیک الزامات و راهبرد های سیاست خارجی ایران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

چکیده

هدف: مقاله حاضر با طرح این پرسش که مضامین راهبردی و الزامات سیاست خارجی در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران چگونه می‌باشد؟ تلاش می‌کند با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون که یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌ها در تحقیقات کیفی است به این مهم دست یابد. به این منظور با مبنا قرار دادن و بررسی سخنان آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای و همچنین متن بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی، سعی می‌شود مضامین مرتبط تحلیل و بررسی شود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در همین راستا تلاش می‌شود با روش تحلیل مضمون و رویکرد شبکه مضامین، که روشی برای دیدن متن و مشاهده نظام‌مند داده‌های متنی است به سؤال اصلی مقاله پاسخ داده شود.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد سیاست خارجی تمدن‌ساز مضمون فراگیری است که سه مضمون سازمان دهنده، دیپلماسی هنجارمند، بازیگر استراتژیک و قدرت هوشمند از آن منتج می‌شود که همه مضامین فوق بر اساس مضامین پایه‌ای با یکدیگر مرتبط بوده و الگویی نظام‌مند در حوزه عمل و کنش سیاست خارجی را شکل می‌دهند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش از آن جهت که بر اساس اندیشه سیاسی مقام معظم رهبری است، می‌تواند الگویی منسجم و نقشه راهی برای سیاستگذاری خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و تصمیم‌گیران و تصمیم‌سازان این حوزه فراهم نماید و با رویکردی آینده پژوهانه در برنامه هفتم توسعه نیز لحاظ شود، همچنین توجه به اندیشه سیاسی رهبران انقلاب اسلامی در مطالعات سیاسی می‌تواند زمینه‌ای برای طراحی، الگوسازی و در نهایت بومی‌سازی علم ایفا نماید.
