اولویت‌بندی سیاست‌های فرهنگی در حوزه کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی و تبیین مدل

چکیده

هدف: موضوع «اولویت­بندی سیاست­های فرهنگی در حوزه کاهش آسیب­های اجتماعی و تبیین مدل» با هدف تبیین و اولویت‌بندی سیاست‌های فرهنگی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در اتخاذ راهبردهای مناسب در راستای کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی در جامعه انجام گرفت.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق کمّی است و گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شده است. بدین منظور، پرسشنامه‌هایی طراحی شد و در سه منطقه حاد و بحرانی استان‌های تهران، هرمزگان و سمنان (بهارستان، بشاگرد و میامی) توزیع شدند و با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و اولویت‌بندی قرار گرفتند.
 یافته‌ها: با توجه به ترسیم درخت تصمیم و شناسایی معیارها و گزینه­های رقیب و با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که ساختار درخت سلسله مراتب تصمیم شامل 20 راهبرد سیاست گذاری فرهنگی در حوزه کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی است که با مقایسه دو به دو گزینه‌ها نسبت به معیارها، 3 دسته راهبرد بهینه تعیین می‌شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق در خصوص سیاست‌های فرهنگی جهت کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی در قالب راهبردهای مبتنی بر کاهش آسیب­های اجتماعی، راهبردهای مبتنی بر فرهنگ‌سازی و راهبردهای مبتنی بر پاسخ به نیاز مخاطب قرار می‌گیرند که هر دسته شامل مؤلفه‌های متعددی هستند‌.
