الگوی مدیریت بحران در اندیشه و عمل آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

چکیده

هدف: ایران در دوران پس از انقلاب اسلامی با بحران‌های متعددی روبه‌رو بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و شناخت الگوی مدیریت بحران در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای می‌باشد. به عبارت بهتر در این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که الگوی عملی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در مواجهه با بحران‌ها چه بوده است؟
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این مقاله با روش تحلیلی- توصیفی و با ابزار کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی، برای پاسخ به پرسش فوق به بررسی آثار و عملکرد آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای پرداخته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته مقاله نشان می‌دهد که آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در مواجهه با بحران‌های مختلف در طول دوره رهبری ایشان، الگویی ویژه‌ای را که از لحاظ شکلی تلفیقی از الگوهای مطرح شده در دانش مدیریت بحران است و از لحاظ محتوایی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های دینی و الهی است در مدیریت بحران به‌کار گرفته است که ضمن اشتراک با دیگر الگوهای مدیریت بحران از ویژگی خاصی برخوردار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: تفاوت در مبانی و جهان‌بینی‌ها، تفاوت در رفتار و عملکرد را در دارد. از این‌رو در الگوی مدیریتی رهبری انقلاب، تکنیک‌ها و روش‌های علمی به‌کار رفته که ضمن داشتن کارآمدی، منافاتی با اصول اسلامی نداشته و از سوی دیگر دارای جامع‌نگری و هدف‌گذاری بر اساس قوانین اسلامی بوده است. بنابراین با توجه به نوع مدیریت بحران در دهه‌های اخیر در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به الگویی می‌رسیم که می‌توان آن را ترکیبی از همه الگوها دانست.
