واقع گرایی و آرمان گرایی جوانان در ادبیات رهبر انقلاب اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف: لازمه حرکت در مسیر رشد اجتماعی، فرهنگی و تمدن­سازی به‌ویژه برای جوانان، داشتن برنامه و در نظر گرفتن دقیق همه جوانب است. در موضوعات ذکر شده مسأله اساسی این است که تصمیم­گیری‌ها آیا تنها بر اساس اهداف و آرمان‌های عالی و نهایی پیش­رو یا بر اساس واقعیات و شرایط باید باشد و آیا غیر از این دو مورد، گزینه دیگری مطرح نیست؟ با توجه به مسأله ذکر شده، هدف اصلی تحقیق شناخت دیدگاه‌های رهبر انقلاب از میان متون و سخنرانی‌های ایشان درباره جوانان در موضوع ذکر شده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوا از نوع کیفی است که تمام سخنرانی‌ها و متون موجود در سایت ایشان بررسی و جملات و مفاهیم موجود در خصوص هدف ذکر ­شده، استخراج، دسته­بندی و تحلیل شده­اند.
یافته‌ها: تمام جملات سخنرانی‌های رهبر انقلاب درباره آرمان‌گرایی و واقع­گرایی جوانان استخراج و کدگذاری و جدول­بندی شده و سپس مضامین و مفاهیم آنها استخراج و دسته­بندی شده است. با توجه به این‌که رهبر انقلاب اسلامی در موضوع ذکر شده، مطالب و دیدگاه‌‎های قابل توجه و متعددی دارند، شناخت آنها می­تواند در این باره بسیار تأثیرگذار و راهگشا باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر مبنای یافته­های پژوهش، رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی، بالا بردن آگاهی و بصیرت، توجه به آرمان‌های بلند، هوشمندی و عدالت خواهی، توجه به ایمان و عمل صالح، اراده و نشاط، تأکید بر ایمان و معنویت و انقلابی بودن را مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های لازم برای جوانان دانسته و هر دو رویکرد آرمان­گرا و واقع‌گرا بودن را برای پیشرفت و حرکت جوانان لازم و ضروری دانسته و اتخاذ هر کدام از آنها را به تنهایی به‌عنوان رویکرد کامل نمی­دانند. در منظومه فکری ایشان، آرمان­گرایی واقع­بینانه، توصیه و تأکید اصلی برای رسیدن به قله­های اقتدار، توسعه و پیشرفت تمدن اسلامی است.
