آنومی سیاسی در ایرانِ امروز و راهکارهای مواجهه با آن از دیدگاه امام علی (علیه السلام) در نهج البلاغه

چکیده

هدف: آنومی ­سیاسی یکی از مسائل اصلی دولت­ های امروزی به‌ویژه نظام ­جمهوری­ اسلامی ­ایران است که طی آن، پایبندیِ شهروندان به هنجارها، قوانین و سیاستگذاری‌ها با چالش مواجه شده­ است. بنابر همین اهمیت، احصای راهکارهای مواجهه با آنومی­ سیاسی در ایرانِ امروز از دیدگاه امام ­علی(­علیه­ السلام) در نهج­ البلاغه، هدف اصلی این پژوهش می ­باشد.
روش ­شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش برای احصای راهکارهای مواجهه با آنومی ­سیاسی از روش «تحلیل­ مضمون» بهره برده­ شده است.
یافته ­ها: تطابق و سازگاری با آیین زمانه، احترام به فرهنگ، قوانین و سنت ­های گذشتگان، تناسب قوانین با توانایی ­ها و قابلیت­ های شهروندان، نهادینه ­سازی امر­به­ معروف و نهی ­از­منکر، تقویت روحیه بردباری در مسئولین، مبارزه با فقر و محرومیت­ های اجتماعی، ساده ­زیستی مسئولین، شکل­ گیری فرهنگ تفکر انتقادی در جامعه، شایسته­ سالاری، برخورد با کارگزاران رشوه ­بگیر و خیانت ­پیشه، ارجحیت اصول و قوانین بر مصلحت­ اندیشی­ ها، حساسیت مسئولین نسبت به بیت ­المال و عدم سوءاستفاده مسئولین از مناصب و موقعیت­ های دولتی به عنوان راهکارهای مواجهه با آنومی سیاسی استخراج گردیدند.
نتیجه­ گیری: غفلت از مساله آنومی­ سیاسی می ­تواند آینده نظام ­های سیاسی را با چالش ­های متعددی از جمله کاهش مشارکت سیاسی، کاهش مشروعیت و حتی فروپاشی مواجه سازد. پژوهش حاضر با بهره ­گیری از بیانات حضرت امیر­ علیه ­السلام در نهج ­البلاغه، یافته ­های فوق را جهت مواجهه با این مسأله احصا نموده ­است.
