ساخت اقتدارگرایی قدرت و سرکوب ساختاری نهادهای سیاسی در دوره دوم پهلوی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که میان سرکوب ساختاری و ناتوانی رژیم پهلوی دوم در بازتولید نظم سیاسی موجود و تلاش نیروهای سیاسی برای تأسیس نظم سیاسی مطلوب (انقلاب اسلامی) چه رابطه ­ای برقرار بوده است؟
روش­ شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و با رویکرد جامعه‌شناسی تاریخی، توصیف؛ داده ها از طریق روش کتابخانه ­ای- اسنادی، گردآوری و تحلیل داده­ ها با بهره­ گیری از نظریه ­ی سیاسی «نهادمندی و فروبست سیاسی» ساموئل هانتینگتون انجام شده است.
یافته ­ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد رژیم پهلوی دوم با ماهیت اقتدارگرایی از طریق بکارگیری «سیاست انکار واقعیت­ های متعارض» به سرکوب ساختاری نهادهای سیاسی دست زد و به‌تبع آن نهادهای سیاسی امکان حل منازعه خود را از دست دادند و منازعات سیاسی خارج از چهارچوب­ های نهادین در مبارزه با رژیم پهلوی و کوشش برای تأسیس نظم سیاسی مطلوب و مشروع ادامه یافت.
نتیجه ­گیری: بدان سبب که نهادهای سیاسی اصل تعارض منافع و ارزش ­ها را به رسمیت نمی­ شناختند،‌ قابلیت کارکردگرایانه­ ی خود را در حل منازعات از دست دادند و به جای حل منازعه به سرکوب منازعات پرداختند. بدین‌ ترتیب، زمانی که نهادهای سیاسی از کارکرد اصلی خود منحرف شوند و خصلت بی­ طرفی خود را در حل منازعات از دست بدهند و نتوانند همبستگی اجتماعی را ممکن نمایند، خود به تولید منازعه و بازتولید خشونت ساختاری کمک می‌کنند.
