بازشناسی مؤلفه‌های ناظر بر مفهوم مرجعیت علمی

چکیده

هدف:  بدیهی است انقلاب اسلامی، برای عملی شدن و استمرار آرمان‌های آن، جهت دست‌یابی به اجتماع جهانی و تشکیل تمدن عظیم اسلامی و تحقق اهداف آن لزوما نیازمند ظرفیت علمی توانا و نهایتا دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی است. بر همین اساس پیش‌نیاز اساسی حرکت به سمت آرمان مرجعیت علمی و احراز مقام ممتاز جهانی، وجود تصویری یکسان از این مفهوم است،  بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین و بازشناسی مؤلفه‌های تشکیل‌دهنده مفهوم مرجعیت علمی است، به­ گونه ­ای که شبکه معنایی مرجعیت علمی را در ذهن اعضای یک نهاد علمی به طور خاص و آحاد جامعه به صورت عام شکل دهد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در وهله اول پس از مرور ادبیات دانشگاهی، بیانات رهبری و همچنین مصاحبه با خبرگان این حوزه، مؤلفه‌های ناظر بر مفهوم مرجعیت علمی با بکارگیری تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استخراج شد و سپس داده‌های حاصله با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: در مجموع 40 مؤلفه در قالب 5 بعد ناظر بر مفهوم «مرجعیت علمی» شناسایی شد که 5 دسته اصلی عبارتند از: مؤلفه‌های فرهنگی، مؤلفه‌های علمی، مؤلفه‌های بین‌المللی، مؤلفه‌های مدیریتی، مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی. همچنین تعدادی شاخص به منظور پایش مفهوم مرجعیت علمی پیشنهاد شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: : با توجه به آنکه مفاهیم و مؤلفه‌هایی که ناظر بر مرجعیت علمی هستند، شیوه تعامل با این پدیده را نیز رقم می­زنند و همچنین موفقیت یک نهاد علمی یا جامعه برآمده از میزان همپوشانی تصاویر ذهنی اعضای آن در مسیریابی و نیل به مقصود است، این پژوهش سعی داشت بستری را برای بحث متفکرین اصلی این حوزه فراهم ‌کند تا در صورت توجه نهادهای مجری و سیاستگذاری در علم و فناوری، نقطه‌ی عطفی برای تبادل افکار عملی و علمی بیشتر فراهم شود.
