مطالعه تطبیقی سیاستگذاری و توسعه قبل و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی در حوزه زنان

چکیده

هدف: بررسی تحولات در حوزه سیاستگذاری درموضوع زنان از جمله شاخصه های است که برای تحلیل علمی از انقلاب باید به آن توجه شود. معطوف به این اهمیت، مقاله با هدف بررسی تطبیقی حوزه سیاستگذاری و تاثیر آن برتوسعه در این حوزه انجام پذیرفته است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیل تطبیقی در حوزه زنان در  قبل (عصر پهلوی) و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی ساماندهی شده است.
یافته‌ها: در پاسخ به این سوال است که انقلاب اسلامی تا چه میزان در سیاستگذاری، توسعه و پیشرفت حوزه زنان تأثیرگذار بوده است؟ یافته‌های تحقیق نشانگر تحولات قابل توجهی در سیاستگذاری و پیشرفت در ابعاد مختلف (ساختاری، نهادی، تقنینی و اجرایی) در بُعد از انقلاب است.
نتیجه‌گیری: تغییرات زیربنایی در سیاستگذاری موجب رشد، پیشرفت توسعه وضعیت زنان در ابعاد سیاسی-اجتماعی، فرهنگی و علمی بر اساس شاخص‌های بین‌المللی و بومی گردیده است اما؛ با توجه به ظرفیت‌های معنوی، مادی و انسانی نظام اسلامی تا دست‌یابی به نقطه مطلوب، تلاش مسئولان و همدلی و همراهی مردم ضروری است؛ تا در حرکت از وضعیت موجود به طرف وضعیت  مقدور و مطلوب میسر گردد.
