شناسایی مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی با تأکید بر نقش الگویی شخصیت شهید محراب آیت‌الله سید اسدالله مدنی با استفاده از مدل هوش معنوی ایمونز

چکیده

هدف: معلمان بزرگ به‌سان الگویی نیکو برای دیگران همواره به دارا بودن شخصیتی ‌اثر بخش در طول زندگی و نیز دریافت معانی حقیقی از ‌زندگی شناخته می‌شوند. شناخت و دریافت ‌معنا از زندگی به‌عنوان ابزار کلیدی در حل مسائل و دارا بودن اثربخشی در طول و عرض زندگی با استفاده از نگاه معمول به ابعاد شخصیتی افراد میسور نمی‌گردد. هوش معنوی، مجموعه‌ای از توانایی‌ها برای استفاده از فرصت‌ها است که می‌تواند زندگی و سازگاری فرد را پیش‌بینی و به نمایش بگذارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی بر مبنای ویژگی‌های شخصیتی شهید محراب آیت‌الله سیداسدالله مدنی است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون و مدل هوش معنوی ایمونز استفاده کرده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفته، 28 مضمون اصلی و 29 مضمون فرعی از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی شهید مدنی را شناسایی نمود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مضامین اصلی و فرعی شناسایی ‌شده با مراحل پنج‌گانه مدل هوش معنوی ایمونز که شامل قابلیت تعالی، ورود به سطح معنوی بالاتر، توانایی یافتن تقدس در فعالیت‌ها و رویدادها، بکارگیری منابع معنوی برای حل مسائل زندگی، توانایی انجام رفتار فاضلانه است، منطبق است.
