اهمیت تحول فرهنگ سیاسی در توسعه‌ی سیاسی ایران معاصر با تأکید بر دوره‌ی جمهوری اسلامی

چکیده

هدف: بر این اساس یکی از بسترها و زمینه‌های اصلی این تجارب متفاوت در طی کردن مسیر توسعه، به‌ویژه توسعه‌ی سیاسی، تفاوت در فرهنگ سیاسی کشورها می‌باشد که حائز اهمیتِ بررسی در این رابطه می‌باشد. چراکه با تعریفی که از فرهنگ سیاسی ارائه خواهد شد، این پدیده نقش مهمی در جهان‌بینی‌های فردی و اجتماعی جوامع در نگاه به مسائل و اقدام پیرامون آنها دارد. بر این‌ اساس پرسشی که این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به آن است، عبارت است از این‌که فرهنگ سیاسی ایران چه آثار و پیامدهایی در فرایند توسعه‌ی سیاسی در ایران معاصر به‌ویژه در دوره‌ی جمهوری اسلامی داشته است؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش، فرضیه‌ی نویسندگان این است که با تعریف ارائه شده از متغیرهای این پژوهش -فرهنگ سیاسی و توسعه سیاسی- بخشی از آموزه‌های فرهنگ سیاسی ایران در شکل‌دهی به تحولات سیاسی جامعه‌ی ایران معاصر به‌طور ایجابی تأثیرگذار بوده، اما برای به حداکثر رساندن ظرفیت سازنده‌ی فرهنگ سیاسی در مسیر توسعه‌ی سیاسی کشور، نیاز به ایجاد تحول در فرهنگ سیاسی احساس می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این راستا، نوشتار پیش‌رو در سه محور تنظیم شده است: در محور اول تحت عنوان تعریف مفاهیم، مفاهیم اصلی مدنظر خود را بیان نموده و در محور دوم به تبیین ویژگی‌های اساسی فرهنگ سیاسی ایران از دیدگاه صاحب نظران پرداخته شده است.
یافته‌ها: در محور سوم (یافته‌ها) با اشاره به تحول فرهنگ سیاسی ایران در دهه‌های اخیر، موانع و ظرفیت‌های موجود در آن برای ایجاد تحول در راستای توسعه‌ی سیاسی ایران تشریح شده است.  
نتیجه‌گیری: در پایان به نتیجه‌گیری و جمع‌بندی یافته‌ها بر اساس آزمون فرضیه و پاسخ به سؤال اصلی خواهیم پرداخت.
