مولفه‌های فرآیند مدیریت دانش در الگوی اسلامی- ایرانی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش از منظر مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) در الگوی ایرانی- اسلامی و احصاء مؤلفه‌ای است که در این الگو اولویت بیشتری دارد.
روش ­شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت در دسته‌بندی تحقیق‌های توصیفی است که به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است.
یافته ­ها: مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) علاوه بر چهار بُعد فرآیندی مدیریت دانش، همواره و در خلال رهنمودهای خود به‌صورت مکرر و جدی به موضوع و مقوله رویکرد و جهت‌گیری دانش که در واقع بستر و زیرساخت فرآیند مدیریت دانش است پرداخته‌اند و علم و دانشی را مفید و سودمند می‌دانند که در چارچوب رویکرد و جهت‌گیری ارزشی باشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: مؤلفه‌های فرآیند مدیریت دانش از منظر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: کسب دانش، نهضت و جنبش تولید نرم‌افزاری، انجام تحقیق و پژوهش، الزامات فرهنگی و روانی، تبدیل دانش ضمنی به عینی، الزامات ساختاری و سازمانی، اصلاح معیارها و ملاک‌های ارتقاء علمی، توجه به نوآوران و نظریه‌سازان، تجمیع و ثبت دانش، نهضت آزادفکری و آزاداندیشی علمی، ارتباط، همکاری و هم‌افزایی علمی بین واحدهای مختلف، نظریه‌پردازی، توسعه دانش، تصفیه دانش، اتصال مراکز علم و تحقیق با مراکز استفاده‌ کننده از علم و تحقیق، تکمیل چرخه و زنجیره دانش و تبدیل علم و تحقیق و دانش به ثروت، دانش‌بنیان کردن امور، تعامل و همکاری دستگاه‌ها.
