چکیده
هدف: پلیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به‌واسطه رویکرد جامعه محوری همواره در مسیر تبدیل شدن به الگوی پلیس اسلامی است. بنابراین پلیس در جامعه ایرانی به‌عنوان یکی از نهادهای اثرگذار می‌تواند زمینه ساز تحقق اهداف نظام اسلامی شود که در این زمینه تأکیدات مقام معظم رهبری می‌تواند در تدوین اهداف و عملکردها مفید باشد. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین اندیشه‌های انتظامی­- امنیتی مقام معظم رهبری در نیل به جامعه اسلامی می‌باشد.
روش‌­شناسی پژوهش: در این‌ پژوهش‌ با تحلیل گفتمان به بررسی تأکیدات رهبری در بُعد اندیشه‌های انتظامی- امنیتی در کشور پرداخته­ شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مجموعه بیانات مقام معظم فرماندهی کل قوا در دیدارهای مختلف به‌­ویژه نیروهای مختلف نظامی و انتظامی است که نمونه پژوهش بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری در پژوهش‌های کیفی بود. ابزار پژوهش تحلیل متن است.
یافته‌ها: نشان داد؛ مهم‌ترین تأکیدات مقام معظم رهبری در بُعد انتظامی- امنیتی شامل: امنیت به معنای آرامش روانی فردی و آرامش عمومی اجتماعی، افزایش آمادگی‌ها و به‌روزرسانی توانایی‌ها برای تأمین امنیت، تبیین دقیق فعالیت‌ها و خدمات برای مردم در رسانه‌ها، تأمین امنیت مترادف با آبروی نظام: لزوم اقتدار همراه با محبت و صمیمت با مردم، ناامنی به عنوان هدف دشمن، قانون‌گرایی نیروی انتظامی عاملی مهم در تأمین امنیت جامعه، توجه به تأمین امنیت فضای مجازی و تأکید بر امنیت اخلاقی می‌باشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: این موارد می‌توانند به‌عنوان چشم‌انداز و تأکیداتی مهم مورد توجه عملیاتی پلیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران واقع شوند. زیرا از منظر رهبر انقلاب اسلامی، نیروی انتظامی باید همواره نسبت به به‌روزرسانی سطح کمی کیفی خود اقدام کند.
