تدوین الگویی داده مبنا برای تبیین مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش‌ها در بین فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس

چکیده

هدف: اهمیت مدیریت در دوران دفاع مقدس از آن جهت است که انقلاب اسلامی در یک شرایط نوپا و بدون تجربه تشکیلاتی در همان سال‌های اولیه پیروزی درگیر جنگ تحمیلی شد. در این دوران ارزش‌هایی از فرماندهان و رزمندگان اسلام رونمایی شدند که تا سال‌ها می‌توان از این ارزش‌ها سخن گفت. بر همین اساس به‌عنوان مسأله اصلی پژوهش کشف نظام ارزشی فرماندهان دفاع مقدس ضرورت پژوهش و بررسی دارد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش انجام پژوهش ترکیبی و با استفاده رویکرد اکتشافی متوالی در مرحله اول با استفاده از روش داده‌بنیاد و مصاحبه با 14 نفر، الگوی بومی تدوین شده و سپس با استفاده از روش کمی مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری در یک نمونه وسیع‌تر از فرماندهان نظامی به تعداد 92 نفر مدل اعتباریابی و آزمون کمی شده است.
یافته­‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش در مدل، کیفی گویای این واقعیت بوده که شاکله اصلی نظریه از 9 مقوله اصلی تشکیل شده که این مقولات شامل؛ مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش‌ها، رهبران کاریزماتیک، ارزش‌گرایی معنوی، فرهنگ تعاملی، هماهنگی نهادی، برنامه‌محوری، آمیخته دین و سیاست، مدیریت جهادی و نفوذ اعتقادی فرماندهان بوده که در مدلی پارادایمی ترسیم و جایگاه هر مقوله در مواجهه با پدیده اصلی پژوهش بوده به نمایش در آمده و مدلی منحصر به فرد از مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش‌ها را در فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس نشان داده است. در بخش کمی هم مؤلفه‌های مدل در یک الگوی معادله ساختاری به تأیید رسیده است.
نتیجه‌­گیری: بر پایه نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان گفت مدیریت در دوران دفاع مقدس از نوع ارزشی بوده و مؤلفه‌های ارزشی آن رمز اصلی موفقیت‌های این دوران و پایداری انقلاب اسلامی بوده است.
