Islamic Revolution in Iran and collapse of the Soviet Union, are telling examples in this regard. Their surprising and extra-ordinary repercussions and impacts spilled over the national borders yielding strong effects on International events. Some of these events had limited impacts, while some others have affected many international structures and trends.
