هدف: یکی از مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار در پیدایش و بقای انقلاب اسلامی در کشور ایران، مدیریت عرفان اسلامی بر مشی امام خمینی(ره) است. عرفان اسلامی در این مشی فینفسه در همه ابعاد وجودی بشر، اعم از مادی و معنوی، فردی و اجتماعی، مکتبی یکپارچه عملی بشمار رفته و بیشتر خود را در بحث مدیریت اجتماع و نظام متجلی میسازد، بهگونهای که میتوان گفت تأثیر مثبت و منفی آن به نسبت قرب و بعد این مشی مدیریتی بر ساحتهای انقلاب همچون فرهنگ، اقتصاد، سیاست و غیره ملاحظه میشود.این پژوهش با هدف تبیین ضرورت تأثیرپذیری انقلاب اسلامی از مدیریت عرفان اسلامی صورت می گیرد روش پژوهش: بهکار گرفته شده مبتنی بر نظرات جمعی از صاحب نظران مرتبط در دو قلمرو عرفان اسلامی و مدیریت، است. بدینجهت در مرحله اول ضمن مطالعات کتابخانهای و ساخت گزارههای مدیریتی از مجموعه احوال و مقامات در عرفان اسلامی و سپس تهیه پرسشنامه مرتبط با آن اهتمام شد و در نهایت این ضرورت مطابق سنجه پارسونز بررسی شد یافتهها: که با کفایت شایستگی نیل به اثربخشی در عمل مواجهه شد و در چهار بُعد اثربخشی: انطباق، کسب هدف، یگانگی و حفظ الگوها مورد تأیید صاحب نظران مرتبط قرار گرفت. نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش بهداشت و تقویت و ارتقاء نظام مدیریت انقلاب اسلامی را با بهره جویی از عرفان اسلامی ضروری دانسته و در پیش گیری از انحراف مدیران در سطوح مختلف انقلاب تاثیر گزار معرفی می نماید و نیز میتواند عامل و انگیزه مشوقی در پژوهشگری افزونتر این حوزه نسبتاً مغفول باشد.
